Artlist was introducing Artlist Studio — the first true AI production platform — to a room of filmmakers, creative directors, and industry press. A product this new can't be explained from a stage; it has to be demonstrated close enough that people can watch the work actually happen. So we built a screening room rather than a conference room. Modular curved lounges replaced seating rows, arranged in concentric arcs so every one of the 200+ guests sat within conversational distance of the speakers, and a wall-scale projection surface carried live software demos at full fidelity. Edit stations along the perimeter kept the platform hands-on between sessions, while the fireside format held founders and directors in dialogue rather than presentation.
